Returns Policy

At SkinSupp Co, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a global standard 30-day risk-free return policy. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products in good and saleable condition within 30 days of receiving them.
Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned items, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price to the original payment method. Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the payment process will not be refunded.
Skin Reactions: In the rare occurrence of any skin reactions after product use, contact our customer care team via WhatsApp or email at hello@skinsuppco.com.au. We are committed to assisting you through this process.
Return Instructions: For Australian and New Zealand orders, kindly return items to our facility in Australia. For orders from Malaysia and Singapore, please return items to our facility in Malaysia. In the case of returns due to a change of mind, return postage is to be borne by the customer. Reach out to our customer care team to initiate the returns process.
